STUDENT VOLUNTEERS

Call for Student Volunteers

Student volunteers will be responsible for helping with various tasks throughout the ASSETS 2018 conference. Student volunteer tasks may include organizing the poster session, staffing the registration desk, and ensuring the presentation laptop is set up. We will select several students to be volunteers.

If you are selected, your conference registration fees will be waived as compensation.

How to Apply

To apply to be a student volunteer, email the Student Volunteer Chair, NAME (sv-assets18@acm.org) by MONTH DATE, YEAR.

Include the following information:

• Name
• Institution (i.e., the university you attend)
• Student status (undergraduate, master's, PhD student)
• Brief explanation of why you want to attend ASSETS

Deadlines

• Student volunteer application: DAY_OF_WEEK MONTH DATE, YEAR
• Notification of selected student volunteers: DAY_OF_WEEK MONTH DATE, YEAR
